1. Free Shipping Zones
We offer Free Standard Shipping with no minimum purchase requirement to:
The Continental United States(excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and overseas territories)
Canada
Australia
Note: Expedited express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
2. Shipping to Other Regions & Cost Calculation
For destinations outside our free shipping zones, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country.
3. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Handling & Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking: Once your package has shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically.
4. Expedited Express Service
We partner with major global carriers (including FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to offer expedited express delivery. If selected, additional shipping fees will apply based on the package’s physical/volumetric weight and destination. We select the optimal carrier to ensure fast and reliable transit to your doorstep.
5. Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately in English, including complete street numbers, apartment/suite numbers, and postal codes.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for high-power lighting systems and oversize light bars due to carrier restrictions.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, our support team will contact you promptly. You may choose to:
Ship the in-stock items first and receive backordered items as soon as stock arrives;
Substitute the item with an equivalent product; or
Receive a full refund for the out-of-stock items.
7. Fulfillment & Warehousing
Our fulfillment centers are primarily located in the United States and China. Orders are routed dynamically from the nearest available warehouse based on real-time inventory and shipping destination. We do not accept requests for shipments from a customer-designated warehouse.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
United States: Orders shipped within the US typically do not incur import duties.
International Orders: For destinations outside the US, packages may be subject to local value-added taxes (VAT), import tariffs, or customs clearance handling fees levied by the destination country.
Customer Responsibility:SAEC does not collect or charge international customs fees at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are determined by your local customs authority and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
