Ⅰ. Canceling Orders (Prior to Delivery)
1. If your order has NOT been shipped yet:
You can contact our customer service team to request a cancellation at any time.
Alternatively, submit a cancellation request through the Contact Us / Support page on our official website with your Order ID and the reason: “Order not yet shipped – Cancellation request.”
Once confirmed that the package has not left our warehouse, our team will process a full refund within 24 hours.
2. If your order has ALREADY been dispatched and is in transit:
US Customers: The order cannot be intercepted or canceled mid-transit. You may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival. Once the carrier confirms the package has been returned to our facility, we will process your refund (applicable restocking/transit deductions may apply if not due to our error).
Non-US / International Customers: In-transit orders cannot be canceled, and we strongly advise against refusing delivery. Due to high cross-border shipping and import/export duty costs, refusing an international shipment will result in round-trip logistics and customs fees being deducted from your refund. Please accept the package first and then follow our standard return process.
Ⅱ. Returning or Exchanging Goods (After Delivery)
1. 15-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind / No Reason)
Timeframe: Within 15 days from the date of package delivery.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in brand new, unused condition and capable of secondary sale.
All original packaging, manuals, accessories, brackets, wiring harnesses, hardware, and complimentary gifts must be included.
The item must be purchased directly from our official store at https://saec-lights.com/. (For items purchased via third-party platforms or authorized dealers, please contact the original seller directly).
Shipping Cost Responsibility:
US Customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-US Customers: Return international shipping fees, customs duties, tariffs, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Returns / Warranty Claims for Quality Issues
Timeframe: Subject to the official SAEC Warranty Terms for each respective product model.
Resolution & Support:
US Customers: We provide repair, replacement, or return services. In approved quality-related cases, our team will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Once received and inspected, a replacement unit or refund will be issued promptly.
Non-US Customers: We provide diagnostic support, replacement components, or replacement units. Due to international logistics constraints, full unit returns may not be feasible; shipping and local import duties for replacement parts may apply. Please contact our support team to verify the best resolution for your location.
Claim Requirements:
Valid proof of purchase (Order number, official invoice) is required.
Warranty claims apply strictly to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
Clear photos or short video clips demonstrating the defect/issue are required to expedite the RMA process.
Ⅲ. Return Shipping Guidelines & Liability
RMA Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Do not send packages back without receiving an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and designated return address from our support team.
Trackable Shipping: We strongly advise using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS Priority).
Transit Risk:SAEC is not responsible for return packages that are damaged, lost, or delayed in transit prior to delivery at our designated facility.
