It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Any new features or tools added to the Site shall also be subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility – User Age Requirement

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. SAEC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Product descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes only. We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, specifications, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SAEC is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars（$）and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling or applicable taxes, which will be added to your total as stated on the checkout page.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—including after an order has been submitted—and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice（including after you have submitted your order）.

7. Product Use Disclaimer

SAEC lighting products（including Driving lights, Work lights, Warning lights, and Light Bars）are aftermarket components intended for off-road, recreational, or Engineering & Machinery use unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing. Almost all of SAEC products are ECEapproved or DOT-approved.For specific information, please refer to the product details page or contact us at tangyun538@gmail.com. It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding aftermarket lighting, including but not limited to restrictions on beam color, output, mounting height, and on-road usage.

Installation of SAEC products requires adequate mechanical and electrical knowledge. Improper installation may damage the product, your vehicle, or other components, and may result in electrical system failure, fire, or personal injury. You assume all risks associated with installation and use. SAEC shall not be liable for any vehicle damage, property damage, electrical system failure, personal injury, or death resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow applicable laws or installation guidelines.

8. Payments, Shipping, and Risk of Loss

All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping dates provided are estimates only. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, risk of loss and title for the products pass to you. SAEC is not responsible for any delay, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. Any claims for shipping damage or loss must be filed directly with the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are set forth in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Installed, modified, damaged, or custom-built products are not eligible for return.
• Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

10. User-Generated Content – Reviews, Comments, and Submissions

If you post any content on the Site—including but not limited to product reviews, comments, questions, photos, or other submissions（collectively, “User Content”）—you grant SAEC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including but not limited to content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from users. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,in no event shall SAEC,its affiliates,directors,officers,employees,agents,suppliers,or licensors be liable for any indirect,punitive,incidental,special,consequential,or exemplary damages,including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses,arising out of or relating to the use of,or inability to use,the site or any products purchased through the site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site or any products purchased thereon shall not exceed the amount you paid to SAEC for the applicable products,or,if the claim does not relate to a specific product,one hundred dollars($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,so the above limitation may not apply to  you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAEC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees（including reasonable attorneys’ fees）arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of the Site‘s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SAEC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that SAEC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

17. Force Majeure

SAEC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, labor disputes, strikes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or any other events that are unforeseeable and beyond our control.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
